We train and develop our employees to provide top-notch services to our students and their parents. We offer careers in autism intervention and therapy for therapists, behavior aides, and other staff who want to serve the Autism and Developmental Disabilities community. We offer both full-time and part-time positions at our locations and at private schools and other entities throughout Ohio.

Open Positions
Direct Service Provider (DSP)
Pay range: $14-$16/hour
Requirement: high school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age
Direct Service Providers (DSPs) enrich the lives of the clients they serve by working with them one-on-one to assist them with personal care, daily social skills, life skills, and community integration.
DSPs receive great pay, flexible hours, and the chance to make a difference in the lives of a child or young adult with developmental disabilities!
Instructional Assistant
Pay range: $18-$22/hour + benefits
Requirement: two years of college coursework (48 semester hours)
Instructional Assistants use principles of applied behavior analysis to provide researched based instruction that aligns with individualized education programs and other areas of need designed by behavior consultants, BCBAs, and other professionals.
Community Behavior Technician (QBHS)
Pay range: $20-$26/hour + benefits
Requirement: high school diploma or equivalent
Hours available: shifts are a minimum of two hours in length but can be as long as 8-10 hours. Shifts are available from 9am to 7pm, Monday through Friday.
Community Behavior Technicians work in the community and home settings with children to adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related disabilities. They collaborate with other
treatment professionals and parents/guardians to make an impact on the individuals that we serve.
Behavior Technician/ Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist (QBHS)
Pay range: $18-$21/hour + benefits
Requirement: high school diploma or equivalent and at least 21 years of age
BTs/ QBHSs provide services to children, adolescents and young adults with autism and/or related disorders in a 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 or small group setting within the agency, school, or community based setting following ABA methods and procedures and to facilitate peer interactions when appropriate. This includes monitoring children during meals or other non-instructional times as applicable in the school based setting.
Behavior Specialist
Pay range: $21-$23/hour + benefits
Requirement: bachelor’s degree and/or 3 years of related experience and at least 21 years of age
The Behavior Specialist position is part of a comprehensive team including a BCBA and behavior response team. It also requires a high level of energy, physical activity, and endurance as the behavior specialist will work 1:1 with the client(s) for up to 6 hours per day, and the individual must personally demonstrate emotional regulation skills and professional behavior.
Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
Pay range: $50,000-$60,000/year + benefits
Requirement: must hold LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, IMFT credential, etc.
LSWs provide assessment, individual service/treatment plan development, case management, and other mental and behavioral health services to clients with mental health illness within the scope of practice.
Program Supervisor (must be enrolled in BCBA program)
Pay range: $50,000- $60,000/year + benefits
Requirement: must be enrolled in a BCBA program
Program Supervisors are involved in the development, implementation, and evaluation of interventions with individuals and groups to produce socially significant outcomes in fields such as education, developmental disabilities, child protective services, mental health, residential support and rehabilitation and a Psychology Assistant of mental health services.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Pay range: $65,000-$75,000/year + benefits
Requirement: must hold BCBA or BCaBA credential
The BCBA is involved in the development, implementation, and evaluation of interventions with individuals and groups to produce socially significant outcomes in fields such as education, developmental disabilities, child protective services, mental health, residential support and rehabilitation. In addition, the Behavior Analyst may be identified and function as a Psychology Assistant.
